Degree in Pedagogy, MBA from the Instituto de Empresa, and Master in Human Resources Management from the IDEC-Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Executive Coach by the European Coaching School. She is certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator by Insitituo de Liderazgo and in the process for obtaining the NLP certification by Institut Gestalt. She is fluent in English.

Between 1999 and 2006, She has developed her professional career in the training and organizational development areas of Human Resources. She has led and implemented local and international projects for Soluziona, HP, and Sitel Iberica. In Sitel Iberica, she was training and development manager, being responsible for: managing the department; redefinition of the processes, policies and structure of the area; assessment of the corporate level performance; analysis climate projects; employee loyalty programs; definition of career and communication plans for a workforce of over 7,000 employees. Associate professor of the Instituto de Empresa. She also collaborates with the Economy and Business department of the Univesitat Oberta de Catalunya.

Since 2007 she is Human Resources Strategy Consultant in SyC Consultancy. She is in charge of designing and implementing diagnosis projects, organizational redesign, development and management of the talent, management performance assessment and Executive Coaching.
