María García

B.A. Degree in Spanish Law, Master in Law and Business from the Instituto de Empresa Business School and Master in Strategic Management of Human Resources from the INSEAD. She is native spanish speaker, bilingual in French and she also speaks English.

For 15 years she has developed her professional career in Human Resources Management, and in international projects in Europe, the United States and Asia in companies such as AGF, Inditex and Ernst & Young.

Over the two last years, she has been the General Director of Human Capital at the Creade-Altedia Group. Since September 2007, she is the Partner and Director of the Consultancy Division at Seeliger y Conde.

She is an Associate Teacher at the Instituto de Empresa (Executive MBA and Human Resources Management), a member of the AECOPŽs Board of Directors (Spanish Coaching Association) and of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). She is certified in Executive Coaching and in Team Coaching by the ICF. She is an international Coach of Top Management, and co-author of several publications about coaching and people management strategies.
