Our experience on Boards of Directors is directed at designing and implementing corporate governance models, advisers search and other consulting services.
Our Corporate Governance models help improve the company’s strategy and articulate the relationship between shareholders, Governing bodies and the Executive Directorate. They try to warrant that the Board meets its basic responsibilities.
Our searches are directed to members both of Boards of Directors of listed and unlisted companies, and of Advisory Boards. Likewise, we search Directors which are members of the specialized Commissions of the Board.
On the basis of the actual and updated experience from our partners as members of Boards of Directors, we can bring external neutral contrast in transparency (advisory products in self-evaluation processes and recommendations on transparency –code of Good Governance), and collaborate to align the talent and capacities of the Boards with the defined strategic competencies (objective assessment of the abilities of the board).
