In compliance with Law 34/2002 of 11 July, regulating Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that SEELIGER Y CONDE, S.L., with registered offices at C/ Velázquez 18, 5, in Madrid 28001, Spanish Tax Code B59060558 and entered in the Mercantile Register of Barcelona in Tome 37.171, page 2, sheet B-2975, inscription 20, holds title to the web site www.syc-amrop.es (hereinafter the Web site).

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE WEB SITE

The general conditions set out in this legal warning regulate access and use of the web site that SEELIGER Y CONDE, S.L. makes available, in principle on a free of charge basis, to Internet users, notwithstanding the fact that these circumstances could change in accordance with general condition 2. Access to the Web site implies acceptance without reservation of these conditions. The use of certain services offered by this web site will, furthermore, be governed by the specific conditions contemplated in each case, which will be understood to be accepted by the mere use of said services.

1. AUTHORISATION

Users are authorised to visualise, print and partially download the content of the Web site only and exclusively if the following conditions are met:

In the event that any user, client or third party considers that the content of or services rendered through any of the linked pages are illicit or impair the assets or rights of the user, client or any third party subject to indemnity and, in particular, consisting of:

• Activities or content which could be considered to be illegal in accordance with prevailing Spanish legislation.
• Activities or content which violate intellectual or industrial property rights.
• Activities or content which endanger the public order, criminal investigations, public safety and national defence.
• Activities or content which endanger the protection of public health, respect for personal dignity and the principle of non-discrimination, and protection of health and children.

They should bring this to the attention of SEELIGER Y CONDE, S.L. However, receipt by SEELIGER Y CONDE, S.L. of said communication will not represent knowledge for the purposes of liability set forth in article 17 of the LSSICE (Society of Information Services and Electronic Commerce Act).

SEELIGER Y CONDE, S.L. takes no responsibility for the lack of utility or appropriateness of this Web site for a specific use.

SEELIGER Y CONDE, S.L. furthermore takes no responsibility for damages which the User may suffer as a result of any errors or omissions which may be present in this Web site, although it does undertake to periodically verify and monitor the content and information set out in the Web site.

2.4. On utilization

SEELIGER Y CONDE, S.L. will not be responsible in any case for the use that Users may make of the Web site or the Content, or for the damages which may derive therefrom.

2.5. On links to other Web sites

All third party links to the Web site should be made to the homepage. "Deep links", "framing" and any other measures aimed at taking advantage of the content of the Web site in favour of unauthorised third parties are expressly prohibited.

Through this Web site, Users can access Web sites belonging to and/ or managed by third parties.

In the event that SEELIGER Y CONDE, S.L. should have effective knowledge that the information or activity set out on the linked sites is illegal, constitutes a crime or could impair the assets or rights of a third party subject to indemnity, it will act with the necessary diligence to eliminate or disable the corresponding link in the shortest period possible.

Use of the Web site does not confer on users any rights over the brands, trade names, logos or designs of any kind which appear on the Web site. The articles, news, legislation and other public content, the intellectual property rights to which do not belong to SEELIGER Y CONDE, S.L., are published for the sole purpose of informing the users of this Web site.
