Established in Boston, MA, INGENIA | Talent Solutions was born in September 2014, after six years listening and understanding the needs of Amrop Seeliger y Conde’s clients in the USA. Over this time, we have built close partnerships with international organizations operating in the US market; we have also had the chance to witness how –despite the myriad of available alternatives - the search and selection of mid-managers and qualified professionals is well underserved. Oftentimes, this segment is approached from a transactional mindset, with limited focus on the experience of both employer and job seeker.
