Be On Diversity surge de la unión de Seeliger y Conde Diversity e ILUNION (Grupo Empresarial de la ONCE y su Fundación), the two best-known companies in the field of disability management in the business world. Its purpose is to serve as a specialist consultancy, providing support to companies seeking Bequal certification awarded by the Bequal Foundation.

This certification, which has the approval of the disability movement and associations in Spain, was created in 2012 and incorporated the main quality assurance mark of the time, the EDC Seal offered by the Seeliger y Conde Foundation, making Bequal the market benchmark for Corporate Social Responsibility and Disability (CSR+D).

Experience

The consultancy company carries out an evaluation to determine the state of the company as regards each of the categories in the Bequal Model and draws up an advisory report, analysing in detail the 69 certification verification sources, laying out the priorities to be tackled and a roadmap for the company with actions to be taken prior to and after the auditing. A strategic plan is also established and measures are devised that will result in improvements, leading towards excellence in managing diversity.

Be on Diversity works in accordance with the Bequal Model implementation plan, making it possible to develop improvement measures that will lead to excellence in diversity inclusion, as defined in the Diversity/Disability Strategic Plan and in line with the goals and management practices established by the Bequal Model.
