In 2002, Seeliger y Conde created Workpoint, a firm dedicated to finding professional opportunities for persons with disabilities. In 2009, the partners of Seeliger y Conde created the Seeliger y Conde Foundation, as a means of formalizing the project and allowing it to grow, with a wider range of activities for persons with functional diversity and the companies that wish to hire them.
Following a growth strategy , in November of 2009 the Diversity consulting firm was added to the foundation, specializing in advising companies on disability issues. At that point, the SyC Foundation launched the Diversity program, which brings together all of its activities with the goal of becoming the consulting firm of reference in these matters for the business world.
